This silicone thimble with flat, dimpled, metal tip is comfortable to wear while working the needle. Dimples are located both at the tip and around the metal band making it simple to push the needle from the top or the side of your finger. I carry this thimble in the shop because I’ve been using the same one that I purchased three years ago (I do a lot of hand stitching) and I have found it to be well made, useful and so comfortable to wear that I often forget it’s on my finger.
